I started out as an accountant in Chicago, spent a few years as a missionary in Africa, and somehow ended up in real estate, which, in hindsight, makes perfect sense to absolutely no one.
I co-founded Moe Bros with my brother, TJ. He’s the gas pedal. I’m the brakes, and the guy who keeps things running when the engine starts smoking. Together, we’ve flipped more than 180 houses and built a portfolio of over 70 rentals, growing a business that’s fast-paced, unpredictable, and deeply rewarding (most days). I care a lot about living an intentional life — leading my family and business well, and making sure both align with my values: Jesus first, hard work, humor, integrity, and stewardship.
When I’m not managing construction projects or making sure our systems don’t explode, you’ll probably find me raising kids, hiking somewhere serene, or quietly redoing the spreadsheet TJ swore was “close enough.” At the end of the day, my endgame is pretty simple: freedom, impact, and a life that honors the One who made it all possible.
Somewhere between the spreadsheets and the chaos, this is really the goal: to run this business in a way that is worthy of the words, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant.’
