THE MOE BROS

I used to run routes. Now I run a business. After a few years getting knocked around in the Big 12 and SEC, I decided real estate was a safer way to get hit, mostly just by inspectors, appraisers, and unexpected plumbing bills.

I co-founded Moe Bros with my brother, Scotty. We buy houses that need love, flip them into something livable, and lend money to other investors doing the same. He’s the spreadsheet guy. I’m the guy who says “we’ll figure it out” and somehow, we do. Together, we’ve flipped more than 180 houses and built a portfolio of over 70 rentals, proving that “fake it ’til you make it” actually works, though we’re still not sure which part we’ve made.

Faith in Jesus is the foundation of everything I do. Family comes next, business after that. That order keeps me sane when the house is in chaos and a contractor says, “We ran into a little surprise.”

I believe in working hard, thinking big, and telling the truth — even when it’s uncomfortable.I don’t do comfort zones, participation trophies, or wishful thinking — just hard work, faith, and just enough chaos to make Scotty question his choice in a business partner.

When I’m not raising capital or chasing closings, I’m raising kids, making sure they know Jesus saved their souls and Democrats raised their taxes, and reminding my wife that all great ideas start as bad ones.

I started Moe Bros to build wealth with purpose, because a good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children (Proverbs 13:22)
